Belkin digital audio cables are the best in the industry and I highly recommend them. Now I can control my Logitech Z5500 from the comfort of my couch cause this cable connects my DVD to it for digital audio connection that is not optical.
I especially like that fact that even with shipping and handling, it was much cheaper than in the store. I received this item in a timely manner and it was exactly what i needed.

They still had to be cut out, and the now open back had a sharp edge around which I had to work. The packaging for this product is ridiculous. According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission, injuries from plastic packaging resulted in 6,400 visits to emergency rooms in 2004.This is one of the worst packages I have encountered. Not a good place to have to use a lot of force cutting.It's no wonder people cut tendons opening packages. After finding that I *could not cut it* with a knife I noticed a pull-tab to open the back. Simple enough, except that the ends of the cable were still entombed in the front of the package.
Can't really tell the difference between the two. Not really an audiophile but do own monster cables and these Belkin PureAV cables. Product arrived on-time and in perfect condition. Cable is good quality and performs as expected.
